Telequipment CT71 Test Fixtures

I am looking for the TO3/TO66 fixture for the Telequipment CT-71 Curve Tracer. If anyone has one they would like to part with and if not could provide some hi res pictures of the unit so I could make my own I would greatly appreciate it.

The Tek part number for the fixture is 013-0119-00 but the number probably is not on the fixture.
