Another DHO800 to DHO900 Upgrade Query (DDR3L)

we know there are 2 ddr3 ram missing in DHO800 and present in DHO900 DSO... we know the missing ic are GDP2BFLM

but its nowhere to be found in market, so i look if there's any compatible ram ic, i found this... footprint pads and ram size are compatible from my blunt eyes looking at datasheets.

can i just buy it and install it on DHO800 and hope it can work? i hardly can read any timing and procedures in there, so asking if any DDR3L guru here, can we exchange them like we exchange batteries of different brands as long as same voltage. like we exchange opamp of different models as long as very close spec and footprint and opamp count etc?
