Keithley 740 schematic missing from manual

There is a manual from tek.com that refers to a digital or motherboard schematic, but not included in the scan pdf.  Do you have a paper manual with the digital board schematic, or know another source?
Mine is self testing partly OK and has B.0 firmware, but has corrosion from the NVRAM backup battery failing, and a trace that seems burned open that runs under the transformer and is hard to see.  The motherboard pcb has part number 740-102-02E.  It can't complete an ice bath calibration or save readings since no battery backup -- I'm going to fix that.
