Tektronix 353 DMM Manual

I'm looking for an electronic copy of the manual for a Tektronix 353 DMM. I've looked in the usual locations, Tektronix forums, Artek, Tekwiki, BAMA, KO4BB, internet search, asked at VintageTEK and have yet to find one. Would anyone have a copy?
