Hameg HM307
« on: June 18, 2023, 05:43:31 pm »
I just got hold of a Hameg HM307 CRO, it's small, it's cute, it looks to be in perfect condition, but it's been sitting in a cupboard for 25 years.

I didn't switch it on yet, I'm worried about the caps inside it being bad.

Question: Could I damage it just by turning it on?

(I've done a bit of research and there's an awful lot of caps in there, replacing them all looks like it would be a lot of work)
