It's on the lower side for a decent microscope (at least, that's above the cheapy ones), but if you don't want to go with the low tier, maybe the Aven Mightyscope 5M?
There are some reasonable ones on the real cheap end, but you'll run into limitations with illumination/optics/software/etc. When I was looking around my budget was a bit more, but I ended up deciding I didn't want a USB scope, cause generally the framerate at good resolution is not all that high and not suitable for soldering under, though it works for inspection. If you consider used, there are some DinoLite scopes with VGA output in this ballpark, and that would be a notable improvement in optics, build quality, and framerate over most of the <$200 options, though the brand typically runs pricey for new scopes.
