Fused probe?

Hi all-

I bought a grab bag of miscellaneous leads and adapters on eBay (there is another set left, if anyone wants it: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Test-Accessories-by-Hirschmann-Multi-Contact-leads-probe-adapters-tweezers-/291476947731 )

Included in the set is what seems to be a fused probe of some sort. It's marked HCK 500v. Seems too low voltage to really be a high voltage probe?

Anyone have details on what this particular probe is? I've never seen one like it before.
