Greetings once again!

I repaired a Fluke 8600A and its running fine again within specs. But i'm not sure about the temps of the BCD-Driver marked with N7447B. For Ti SN7447A Ta is specified around 0 - 70 °C. The IC in question settles around 65 °C (23 °C ambient) outside the instrument, is this "okayish"? Mayhaps it's better to fit a flat heatsink onto it for more surface area?

5 V supply seems okay (4,9995 V).

Thanks in advance!

/update 06/05/2024: a little heatsink reduced the temps around 10-15 °C
