Looking for TDSJIT2 software installer for Tek TDS7404 scope

I've just recently repaired a Tek TDS7404 scope with options 4M, J1, and J2. The disk drive was a total loss, so after rebuilding it, I am missing option J1 which is TDSJIT2 Jitter Analysis application. The software is not on Tek's site and I'm hoping someone here may have a copy. As of now, it also shows option J2 missing (TDSDDM2 Disk Drive Measurements application) which I do have a copy of but don't need.

If anyone has a copy they could share, I'd be very grateful. In the meantime, I'll send an email to Tektronix support to see if they can help out.

It originally came on a CD with Tek part # 063-3914-06

I got a copy from Håkan who frequents the Tekscopes Yahoo group. The scope is up and running now with the TDSJIT2 software.

You're welcome. Tektronix support replied with a private link to the software that I could download for a period of seven days, even though the scope is long out of support. It was one revision earlier than the one I got from Håkan.
So a thumbs up for Tektronix support as well!
