Rigol DG1022Z calibration
« on: January 10, 2021, 05:46:59 pm »
Hi

I just noticed my DG1022Z is a bit off in ARB mode when I select just DC output. It reads 1.2mV when it should be 0V.
I wanted to take a look into the calibration menu but it is password protected and "12345" from other RIGOL product did not work.
Does anyone know the factory password or do I need to contact RIGOL.

The password is 123456
You can calibrate all the "cal item" but don't touch the high frequency flatness 'cause there's a bug and it will screw the instrument. However, it can be recovered by loading the calibration default, but then you'll be back at square zero...

Thanks, works. I guess I only need to do the OFFSET items...
I just found a calibration manual:
