After installing trial licenses I just set clock at my scope at few months before expiration date of my trial licenses. Should be expired now, but still working. Thank Keysight!
We have support numbers you can call from whatever region you live in, you should be able to find them from your web page. The registration thing should be fixed shortly, thanks for your patience!
This "feature" is only available on the original firmware. The updated version will make the expiration date of the trial license to adjust according to the change in the system date
