Problems registering Promotional DSOX1102G

I need to purchase the serial decodes for the DSOX1102G I just received. I get an unrecognized Serial Number when I register it with the correct serial number. Anyone else have this problem with the promotional DSOX1102G? It came directly from Keysight not thought the local distributor.

The automated email servers just gave a call 1-800 which I can't call from here.

Have you tried requesting first the 30-day evaluation?  You can validate the serial number is correct and test the serial decode functionality before you spend the money.

Is it real promotion from Keysight? I asked Daniel from Keysight about something like that, and he not confirmed that any evaluation licenses exist for that scope.
Could you give link for this promotional pls?

I found it few minutes ago on their web site! Interesting, seem this option was added not so long ago. I see that this promo licenses not listed at myKeysight for my registered product. Would be nice to have any any promo/options available there.
Will test it close to end this week

EDUX1EMBD includes only i2c and UART on EDUX scopes... but if you mod it to think it is a DSOX (resistor hack), you also get SPI

After installing trial licenses I just set clock at my scope at few months before expiration date of my trial licenses. Should be expired now, but still working. Thank Keysight!

Although Keysight acknowledged the problem with my DSOX1102G, I'm still waiting now several weeks latter for a fix. Until then I can't purchase a license nor install trial licenses.

I had a similar problem. When registering an oscilloscope, you have to enter a name like DSOX1102G, without spaces

My trial license expired, then set the clock back to a valid date after license was requested and reinstalled the key without any problems

This work's for me not....

"The oscilloscope's clock is set to a time before the date of license file. Please set your oscilloscope to the correct time" hum.. my trial expires on June 19, 2017.
My Clock is on June 01, 2017.....

Just a FYI, the problem with the serial number was resolved along with other effect DSOX1102G. I was very impressed with the tech who dealt with this problem. I've only just got back and will contact the distributor for permanent license this coming week.

This "feature" is only available on the original firmware.  The updated version will make the expiration date of the trial license to adjust according to the change in the system date

I read release notes for 1.10 FW. Do not see any reason update my DSOX1102A, still work fine with original FW.
