UT139C Resistance Issue
« on: May 13, 2020, 05:31:36 pm »
Hi, my UNI-T UT139C DMM not working if it is set to resistance measuring.
It looks like that it constantly reset. I've examined the connection of the main wheel and LCD and I cleaned it by alcohol. Batteries are OK.

Does anyone any idea, what is it cause?

Did you have an "oops" moment when using the meter in resistance mode?  For example, did you accidentally try to measure something high energy when the meter was set to resistance mode?

I don't remember... It happened spontaneously

Well, I have a functioning 139C so if you need to compare readings from components inside, let me know.
