Is the Triplett 1101-B good?

I saw it on amazon and it has a great rating amongst all of their multimeters.
I am looking for a good meter at a low price for general testing around the
home and for basic electronic circuit testing as well.

IMHO, for $30, there are better deals.  This one is available on Amazon.com for $30 and been reviewed by Martin.
