Without a schematic you have to do some detective work

Maybe someone here has done a mod ??? time will tell, be patient

Normally on Ebay aliexpress you have lcd interface boards, some of them accept ntsc pal, r g b,  video inputs

h = horizontal signal
v  = vertical signal
s = ???  sync

Sometimes you have to combine/ re combine the signal into a composite one (rebuild the signal adding the vert/horiz components)
once you have the video signal you can apply it to the lcd interface.

Do you have a scope on hand to know witch frequencies are the H,V,S  pinouts ?

Annnnnd  a service manual
https://www.opweb.de/english/company/LeCroy/9354TM

or this well known site
http://www.ko4bb.com/getsimple/index.php?id=download&file=LeCroy/LeCroy_9354A-M-L-TM_Service_Manual_Complete.pdf

They are the same manuals,   on page 8-192

I see an video signal pin with a R1  who is a 75 ohms load,  that should be the right signal for you  ... but be careful not to overload this pin  or use a capacitor to couple the signal .... or the lcd interface will be okay, chop an rca male cable to do the connection ???

Check the crt video resolutions and adapt it to an lcd interface, you may get some black bars on the sides,  you'll have to fit a nearby resolution, or slightly stretch the displayed video with the horizontal / vertical size if the lcd interface have them,  some fiddling i may say.

good luck

I have done it with my lecroy LS140 simply by using rear VGA connector and small VGA monitor from ebay. Yours should have VGA output or room for graphics card

Is there something wrong with the CRT? Unless the tube or LOPT is dead it's usually more trouble than it's worth to try to retrofit it.

hum  seems like a vga cable or at least an video input,  refer to the schematics,  the crt assembly is a complete encased module,  it should be doable to mod this into a lcd ??

page 4-17  section 4.8.2  up to section 4.8.6   you have some description and working frequencies for the crt section

You will have to open your scope and show us the inside photo,   we can not guess everything  .... you have to help us,   show us where the video cable are connecting  and the pcboard number

I searched the manual  and can not easily find the interconnection pcb between the video/crt or the scope

EDIT   your connector is J6 on the cpu card,  its a 14 pins connector, the schematic is page 8-10, written next to it is 9300-2 board

you have the hsync, vsync, and an intensity  pins, and a +15vdc and -15vdc,    the intensity is driven by the cpu card,  must be a variable voltage  not sure ??

This project is not for someone who doesn't have electronic experience, it may go wrong and blow the cpu card if you're not careful

BUT

You still have an complete video signal on the crt control board   R1  and C1   page 8-192
I would try this first, i would not play with the other connector j6
