Help me about this multimeter ?
« on: April 12, 2015, 08:18:43 am »
I'm going to buy this multimeter, I'm in Vietnam and I have found a prestigious store to buy. Can you help me see this DMM and give me some idea about it ? Is it good, accuracy, protection, safety... Thanks very much

Yes, some people also advice me to use UNI-T UT139, but it rather rare in Vietnam. So I think of kyoritsu, 55$ is not include VAT 10%, but it still much cheaper than in China anyway. :)

Maybe 10% VAT and ship fee. But I think I choose kyoritsu for starter. In the future, If neccessay, I'll buy a true RMS multimeter like Fluke or keysiht agilent :)

Get a True RMS from start. Like the Brymen 257 - It is IMO very good value for money.

This is the second thread started by Nhan95 asking for advice about the same meter.
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/multimeter-for-starter/

If he/she wants that meter so much then he/she should just buy it. All of the time by others to help is obviously not really wanted.

Yeah I was going to offer suggestions, but I get the feeling we will keep seeing new threads until we tell him this meter is good.

My advice: "Get it, this meter is good."
