Agilent N9310A service manual

i have one faulty agilent n9310a signal generator and i need service manual (or some help) to repair it.

the device says digital board error - analog board error. and when i click to see device information some random characters appear on the screen.
i removed analog board and only one time it showed digital board OK but i couldn't repeat that situation. any idea ?

ps: i found one faulty regulator at Analog 5 volt rail and fixed it, but nothing changed.
