Exactly. Most companies state that their warranty replaces express or implied up to the maximum extent allowable under law. The fact that they don't acknowledge that last bit makes me nervous that they probably don't understand their responsibilities, which means warranty claims might end up messy.
I'd suggest just giving them a call (Emona that is) before dropping in. If it's like Perth, their sales office is only a two person show (main office is Sydney) and they do a lot of on site visits, so they're not always in the office.
