ITECH IT8511A+ - problem with OCP and OPP modes
« on: February 01, 2020, 03:02:33 pm »
Hi

Recently, I have DC load Itech IT8511A+. I have a problem with it - how to use OCP and OPP modes? The problem is that after configuring these functions and
pressing the trigger, the device does not turn on the input. I see the message "RUN" on the display, after some time (probably due to the times in the
configuration) it changes to "STOP", but the input is switched off all the time -  the load is not active, also the "ON/OFF" button is not highlighted. In this
mode the "ON/OFF" button cannot be activated manually. I tried a number of different configuration parameters, including those contained in the manual. Do I
have to do anything extra here than written in the manual?

All other modes work correctly, after configuring them and pressing the trigger they start working, the input is activated, the "ON/OFF" button highlights.

The software version on my copy is 1.46.

Maybe it's a little late, but you can try emailing their tech support: fae@itech.sh
