Support Bluetooth & WIFI, alongside a connector for a hooked-on battery-pack, same as Rigol DG5000PRO signal gen.

10.1" screen [1280x800] Seems quite limited for a new modern scope with 8 analog channels when we are up in this 5-digit price bracket.
A 10-inch 800p screen is not a lot of screen real estate for all those analog channels on a UI that is heavily window-optimized.

Price level in China: DHO5058/500MHz around 11.000 $  [79.800CNY) DHO5108/1GHz 14.000$ (99.800CNY)

Also a new revision of their DS70000 flagship StationMax, under the new label DS80000. [13GHz, 40GSa, 4Gpts]

Looks like a copy of DHO4000 with twice the number of ADCs for four times the price.  Now if they took DHO1000 and doubled the number of channels for double the price (around $2k), it would be an interesting product.

I understand that the front is sort of crowded with 8 channels, but where is the probe compensation output? Do I have to have a 2nd scope to check my probes when using a DHO5000?

Right side. In the Horizontal controls section.

Looks recessed to stay mostly out of the way.
