Yep. Someone posted a price screen shot in the other thread. Similar to other big brand 1GHz bandwidth scopes, but depends on options of course. Not sure what the lowest one costs.
e.g. If you can't afford the R&S MXO4, you won't be able to afford this either.

Support isn't available because you won't have officially purchased their equipment. Keysight does not sell to individuals (hobbyists), at least that was their policy. Even from their used equipment store here -

Even if you are a millionaire electronic hobbyist wanting to buy the newest scope for all your relatives as gifts, your money is no good to them.

If you buy from TEquipment or Farnell as an individual, you will ask for support on them, and they will ask for support for your need from Keysight.
At least that's how things should go.

I don't understand ... all I had to do was to ask nicely and I got what I wanted.
Nobody around complains about getting parts from TME, Mouser, DK, etc instead getting them directly from Vishay, IR, Microchip, etc.

This came about a year or more ago. They even removed their Ebay store. They don't sell to individuals and they don't want to support them. I don't know if you can get around it or not, but I damn sure wouldn't want to take the chance after spending thousands of dollars on one of their pieces of test gear as a private hobbyist.

Ask Daniel abut it - he chimed in here above. He's the one to settle the argument officially.

Yes, they won't sell directly they told me that. But I asked for a distributor/re-seller and they they pointed me to one that had everything: hw, support, licenses, calibration. Only my wallet thickness was the issue after that.
