[ADVICE NEEDED] EMC analyser as a spectrum analyser ?

Hello,

I am looking for a spectrum analyser. I also see a E7405A Agilent 9 kHz-26,5 EMC analyser.

Can the EMC analyzer be use as a spectrum analyzer or is it a completely different instrument ? What are the differences ? Differences in performances ? Thank you.
