Advantest R3265A

I have an Advantest R3265A Spec-an that needs some power supply attention.

But, for the life of me I can't see any way to get to the power supply without completely dis-assembling the thing - I mean everything!

Am I missing something?  The service manual is of no help at all.

Can anyone tell me how to get to the power supply?

I have an Advantest R3265A on the bench that I am trying to figure out how to extract the power supply from to replace the capacitors.
