RIGOL DS1052E Connect with PC - I/O setting

Hello, I want to connect the RIGOL DS1052E with the computer. I have on the same PC a generator of SIGLENT (model: SDG 1032X) and some times the generator is recognised from PC and some no... I change the - I/O setting and I set 9600 and GPIB 2 and now the oscilloscope can't connect with the PC and the generator communicates perfect with the PC. Could anyone explains me what is these settings how to set them properly? The PC is a DELL OptiPlex™ GX520 with windows PRO 10 32bit.

Finally I sent the oscilloscope back to RIGOL and they changed tha main PCB.
