UNIT UT61E+ and Windows 10 (fixed)

I have a UNIT UT61E+ multimeter, everything works perfectly, except for the USB connection with windows 10, it installs the drivers automatically, I install the software downloaded from its page, version 1.03, but it doesn't work in either a usb3 or usb2 port, but it does work in windows 7 what would be the problem

poseo un multimetro UNIT UT61E+, todo funciona  perfecto, menos la conexion USB con windows 10, instala los drivers automaticamente, instalo el software descargado de su pagina la vesion 1.03, perono funciona ni en puerto usb3 ni en usb2, pero si funciona en windows 7, cual seria el problema

WHAT CABLE
#   - The UT-D04 USB/HID cable, old version with Holtek HE2325U chip.
#   - The UT-D04 USB/HID cable, new version with WCH CH9325 chip.
#   - The UT-D02 RS232 cable.

They have very different results... 

in particular you may need ZADIG https://zadig.akeo.ie/  on the WINxxxsss.
