Does anyone know what the white RF transistor labeled N6 can be?
It is a buffer on the Rohde SMA100A 6Ghz output module.
Suspects that it is incorrect because the output from it is a few dB too low. The strange thing is that there are 2 similar transistors and both show too low gain.
If I had a service password, I could have measured the current in them. But it seems impossible to get password level 2 for SMA100A

Wasn't the answer given on Stackexchange satisfying?
Reposting the link to the datasheet that was given there:

Thanks for the answer, but do not understand what you mean by Stackexchange
I've never been and searched there.
Looked for the link you gave me on Stackexchange but couldn't find it there.
Is there information there that I missed. Maybe password level2 is there too?
However, it may be the transistor you gave the link to, but in the service manual it says that the output from transistor number 2 should be + 15dBm and that is exactly what this transistor can deliver with 1dB compression.
