Panel meter info

Hello Everyone,

Some time ago I got a panel meter from eBay, similar to this:

Only difference is that mine does not have the built in shunt (not installed).

Is there any documentation on the design of this meter?
Any project page, similar to what the LCR-ESR-transistor-tester has.
