I have two of these HT-3110 units.  I have no idea what kind of shape
they are in, although they look physically OK, just the usual stickers and
marker stuff from their previous life.

I've been looking for a manual online with no luck.  Heck, even a physical
operation/service manual would be good.

It looks like it takes the old style oval HP power cords that mate with the
PH-163 connector, like this one from Skycraft:

Except, I know there are two versions of these oval cords, and the
HP versions have hot and neutral reversed from the normal ones.
Luckily I have both versions of these cords, since they are nearly
impossible to find these days.  I just don't know which version the
HT-3110 takes.

So if anyone could throw some hints my way, point me at a manual,
or tell me their war stories with this equipment, that would be
very helpful!

Did you ever find a manual? There are several dozen adjustments for calibration. I'm lost....
