Marconi 6960 cable pinout?
« on: May 02, 2017, 11:23:31 pm »
Does anyone have the pinout for a Marconi 6960 power meter sensor cable, I managed to get the meter and a power head that allegedly works (We will see), but no cable and the information is surprisingly hard to find.

I am pretty sure the connector is a Binder M16, 12 pin job, but what is the wiring, 1:1 or something else?

Regards, Dan.

I made my own cable years ago from an HDMI cable, its 1:1 (VGA cable will also be suitable
See for example the manual of the 6910 sensor, https://doc.xdevs.com/doc/Marconi/MARCONI%206910%20Instruction.pdf

checked the schematic with agilent 8481a, only one pin (head select exists in marconi, agilent has no) is different, so, you may modify the pinout then plug into agilent 437B.
