I found one bad unit written "Testing equipment disabled" )not sure what's the equivalent term in english ..

I checked and he's out by roughly 2% , instead of 10.000m? it says 9.8XXXm? ..

he will to sell it and asked me for price , I said I am going to ask my forum , so here I am , can you tell me how much can he ask for that ?
