Looking for reasonable DDS or AWG or function gererator, need opinions please

Whatever your wallet can afford  Seriously: a good tool is adequate for the job so there is no way to tell what are good specs without knowing what is piece of equipment is used for.

Fair enough,  and truthfully,  my primary motivation is to just have one to play with, which means I can't justify much money out of my wallet at all. Most of the work I do is digital.

So I could convince myself to order one of these. I like ten kit but it's only about $30 less and this thong, if it works, does so much more.

But the feedback, wow, a small percentage of negative items bit a high number.  I'll decide this weekend.  If I buy one today it will be here in about 2.5 weeks,  assuming it gets shipped as promised.

Inbthe meantime I can breadboard something up with an arduino or something
