Hioki IM7587 3GHz Impedance Meter

I saw this Hioki IM7587 3GHz Impedance Analyzer yesterday at the Space Tech Expo in Pasadena.  What was of the most interest to me was the fixture for measuring small surface mount components, since I am considering building to use with my Siglent SVA1015x.    I though it might be interesting to others as well, so here are a few photos I took.  (click on photos for full size versions)
