Tek 2440, 2430 Cursors
« on: January 08, 2019, 01:39:58 pm »
New here,

Other than turning down the intensity, how do you turn off the measurement cursors on a Tek 2430 or 2440?  I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the user or service manual.  Occasionally I see them turn off, but can't decipher the path.

Just press the front button. If volts is underlined press the volts button.

If it has a "setup" button like my 2465B, running that routine also turns off any active cursors. Otherwise, if you are using delta V for example, simply press it once to turn the cursors on and again to turn them off.

I am sooooooo stupid.  I though I tried push the active mode button, but I guess not.  Yep, turns them off.
