Anristu MG3633A Service Manual?

Has ayone got hard or soft copy of the service manual for the Anritsu MG3633A?  I know ArtekManuals has the MG3632A but I suspect that's a whole different animal.

What happened with it?

Sweetest problem of MG3633A is thermo fuse open caused by fan fail and subsequent overheat.

No, no more visits to Mr. Button (not Head) this year. Next year, who knows? Waiting for something interesting to pop up.

I'm working on it, apparently its main brains got lost, but everything is controllable by some switches and pots, so no CPU required.
