Looking for a 5 GHz signal generator.

Hello all.

I need a signal generator covering the range 1 - 5 GHz. Looking for possible suggestions; preferably something not of current manufacture that can be picked up secondhand for a reasonable price (say a couple of hundred bucks) and is not excessively fragile or jam packed with unobtanium.

Sweep and Modulation would be nice, but not necessary. At least -20dBm. No GP-IB.
