Why there's no information, including firmware updates about the Siglent SDS2000 series oscilloscope on any Siglent websites? could this be a rejected model? or having serious problems?

That's not accurate. The SDS2000X is EoL, and replaced by the SDS2000XP. Firmware for both series can be found here: https://siglentna.com/service-and-support/firmware-software/digital-oscilloscopes/#sds2000xp

Latest FW for SDS2000 hardware what I know was 2017/04/06   version 1.2.2.2
4Q2015 was first V2 FW version what rise memory length to 70M (yes only FW thing) Several other updates withsome  improvements + bugfixes until final 1.2.2.2  .. and stopped.

I have no revision history about V1  FW versions (Before version V2  there was seveal serious problems in all V1 version FirmWares

Serious problems. The one I bought ended up in the garbage bin. Utterly useless POS.

Other versions and manuals etc are in the same folder tree. Maybe it should be archived if documents/firmware are being cleaned out of the website.
