Zt-703s Current Bug
« on: June 13, 2024, 10:29:17 pm »
I did some searching and found nothing so here we are. I have a ZT-703s that is having this weird declining current bug that I wanted to see if anyone else has run into. It isn't a deal breaker but it is annoying. When going from volts to DC mA, it will drop all the way to limit of 250mA. It will stop and read correctly if the mode is changed from mV to amps, then back to mV.

Circuit is a red LED (2.2 volts rated), a 10K ohm resistor, and a 9v battery at about 8v. it doesn't matter if the power source is less or more.
