So basically they pay a YouTuber who his core audience is hobbyist and tinkering guys to advertise their stuff and then no were in the terms is mentioned you need to be a company except in the registration form...

Marketing is a bit more complicated than that.
Fact is that many new young ones are watching these channels, even those that are working as engineers. You say hobby, but it is more like people who gravitate towards that kind of entertrainment. Including proffesionals
If you go to Youtube, there are channels where the likes of Raytheon publish videos about their missile systems... I don't really think there is a hobby market for those.... But those videos are there.
It is brand indoctrination, repeating so much it is recognizable.... And lately anywhere I go, all the brands do this indiscriminate marketing through all channels no matter how inappropriate they are.. Because it is cheap so why not do it...
