Instek PR-6030 power supply

Hi all: I've been trying to locate a service manual for the  Instek PR-6030 Power Supply I've just bid on. Tried Google and all the usual manuals sites and searched the odd forum but had no luck. I imagine it's a pretty basic unit going by the block diagram in the user manual but some more details would be nice should I win the unit seeing as it looks like it's seen better days.

Hoping someone can help me out.

Must be similar to the Hyelec HY30xx series, or Mastech ...

Moot point now as I lost the bid. It went for $91.00 CAD which is $60 more than I was willing to pay, It was in rough shape and had some brownish stains on the top cover that looked like spillage,
