ENIGMA TOOL PROGRAMMER - Cable C4 or A4

Hello everyone,  I am looking for who can help me to build a Cable for ENIGMA programmer, I need the model "C4 cable", just to know the wiring diagram from DB-9 to DIP-8, then I can do it  myself.
If some else have this Enigma programmer and the "cable C4 or A4 adapter", could do the wiring diagram of DB-9 to DIP-8 ??
