Pomona 2ba or 2bc

The 2bc uses coax rather than a twin core wire

No problem. I had seen these in many of Dave's videos but want sure what they actually were.

Google image search can be your friend here. Rather than searching through heaps of websites that are probably going to be the wrong thing, I now google "double banana plug" for example, go to image search and look through for the type I want. It helps to give you a whole lot of styles that you can then start to narrow down.

I started doing it a while back, I was looking for a particular style of gopro mount but had no idea what it would be called. I tried searching for a few hours through various web pages, then thought about image search. About 5 minutes later it was located, ordered and on it's way.

You can also make your own! Pomona 2970 Triple Banana Plug and Pomona MDP Double Banana Plug. Those use set screws, but the MDP-ST has solder turret terminals if you want to go that route.

I have a custom cable made up with a 2970 on one end and MDP on the other. I use high quality shielded twisted pair and attach the drain wire to the third connector on the 2970. So when I plug it into one of my precision power supplies, the cable's shield is connected to ground. Works great!
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic; e.g., Cheez Whiz, Hot Dogs and RF.
