It is believed to be a Rigol hardware with Agilent software (you get the best of both worlds
as most complaints about Rigol are about its software, not about the hardware per se…). Nicer than a $100-$150 Tektronix TDS 220 or a $130 FNRSI tablet but less featured than a modern $339 Siglent DSO1202X-E. Your call.
I have the 150MHz version of it (Agilent DSO 1152), bought circa 2018 with ~$170 from the now defunct Keysight eBay store (with some warranty back then). I am rarely using it, mostly only when I worry I would damage one of my nicer scopes – for instance, last time was when I was curios to see what kind of “proprietary” signals a Black&Decker car battery "rejuvenator" injects in a dead car battery trying to rescue it…
