Bode 100 to measure ESL and ESR of SMD electrolytic?

Hi,
Do you have any better tutorials than this for measuring ESL and ESR of 50V, 470uF Al Electro cap (SMD)  at 450kHz, and over 1kHz to 1Mhz?

Just buy wurth capacitors, they give full ESR graphs.
