After watching a few videos on YT I made the mistake of ordering an Hantek 6204BC USB Oscilloscope from AliExpress, I received it with a broken probe and a loose channel shield.
Also it seems like the channel shields on the back side of the PCB are missing, I know there used to be shields on both sides because of one of the mentioned videos. The seller claims it is a new design and that shields on both sides are no longer needed...
The shields on my oscilloscope are only attached with solder and the seller also claims there was bad soldering on this particular batch, he is still shipping them and doesn't want to accept a return
Is there anyone here with a scope from the 6000BC series who can confirm that they only have shields on one side now, and that the shields are soldered in place (no screws)?
