Weird behaviour on new LONGWEI LW-K3010D

When lowering the voltage down, I can't get below about 6 volt, then it shoots down to 0 and when trying to turn it up again, it immediately jumps up to 7 volt. It reminds me of dodgy pots, what do you think?
