Perhaps this explains why the units have a LTC version of the reference with a HP part number on them
As you may be aware Yokogawa has built a lot of test gear for HP/Agilent and perhaps Keysight.

After reviewing the manuals it appears identical to the Iwatsu one I just bought on sale from tequipment.net
