Gratten GA1102CAL Scope Firmware?

I have a Gratten GA1102CAL and its in desperate need of a firmware update, some functions are glitchy, one does not work and newer ones roll out with that fixed, i know its simply a rebadged atten 1102cal and i did try that firmware and it did not work ... i cant find any download link, cant find a gratten website or anyone to contact

anyone have any luck or know of a link? i know its updatable over the USB host because there are functions in the scope to do that and i dont wanna risk hacking up the firmware for the atten scope to try and force it to work

EDIT: Found this on there EU page http://www.atten.eu/oscilloscopes/ga1102cal-100hmz.html ... even tho it says its 100hmz >_> ... i sent them an email .

EDIT 2: they responded extremely fast asking for my serial number and hardware revision and than quickly responded letting me know that they will contact (or put me in contact the english was not the best) with the engineer tomorrow, i have to say i was not expecting this

Did you get the firmware or still need it ?  I have the ones from ATTEN that I saved when they were originally posted on the China site (they are now gone).    Drop me a PM or reply to this thread if you want a copy.

Bumping this thread in case someone still has one of these scopes and/or the latest firmware. 

Just inherited one, firmware is old and buggy, and of course most of the links in threads like this no longer work.

I have a Gratten that keeps resetting very often. GA1112CAL.
I have original disk. Is there an update available?
What keys do you hold while powering up for a clean reset. It looks like corrupted system.

The only CAL FW ever shared is ATTEN_ADS1000CAL_V100R003B01D01P31R16_3.01.01.31R16.

So, it's not from Siglent but from Atten. If it's newer than yours maybe it's worth flashing BUT this is all unchartered waters!

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "change USB disk".

I've tried multiple different USB sticks (in multiple formats) if that's what you're referring to?
