Hi,
Thank you the useful informations! I measured the power board output voltages, and I found some not normal voltage value. The left side is working good, but the +44, -44, -22 exactly not. I used the common GND point.
I ordered a B+K TL89F1 fixture. (
https://hu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/BK-Precision/TL89F1/?qs=CjgjetG5vV4ukiCCEHhtpw==)
It can:
Test fixture for convenient testing of axial and radial leaded type components.
Frequency: DC to 10MHz
DC Bias:+/- 40V peak max (AC+DC)
Operating Temperature: 0 to 40 degrees C
Terminal Connection: BNC to 4 terminal insertion slots (radial or axial)
Well, yesterday I bought on the eBay a 16023B bias controller (
https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Agilent-Keysight-16023B-bias-controller/273240404664 )
I think with bias controller, they can work together the 100V bias board and the 40V fixture.
I measured the osc level and freq on the H cur BNC socket, and seems to be ok.
I attached a catalog sheet from '79 catalog.
