HP 4155A service manual or schematics - Semiconductor Parameter Analyser

Hi all,

I'm looking for service manuals and schematics and likely also calibration instructions for a HP 4155A Semiconductor Parameter Analyser (this is sort of a digital curve tracer with 4 SMU's).

Eventually service manuals for a 4156A; 4155C could help too; as I think they have common components.
