Help/Info sought - PAR600 strip recorder
« on: May 05, 2017, 11:11:25 pm »
I have recently aquired a little 2 channel paper strip recorder, which is very solidly built and seems to have a lot of features, which I can't use without further knowledge.
It was allegedly made or sold by TDM Tape Services Ltd., which appears to be a defunct company formerly situated at Nottingham/Britain.

Does anyone have further information on this instrument? Does anyone know an alias or other companies involved with it? Ever the user manual would be much appreciated, as the time/date setup seems complicated. Also, the LEMO input connectors as well as the 'Digital Interface' and 'Remote Port' connectors and the functions behind them are a mystery still to be lifted. The LEMO inputs are 6-pin, so tracing the circuit might involve far more than a cursory glance.
Of course, service docs would be great too!
