HP 34401A reads a little low on AC

I have a 34401A with a current calibration certificate.  Last calibration date was in 2000.  Calibration count 279.  Here is the voltage calibration data:

So it had annual calibrations for a number of years until 2000--with a significant number of adjustments--and then it has been checked without adjustment since?

It appears that way, or the date wasn't updated.  I purchased it with a fresh calibration certificate and they stated it did not need any adjustments.
